ICA minister Sushanta Chowdhury on Monday while addressing media asked the CPI-M state secretary to prove the allegation or else he would have to face legal action.
“People of this state are well aware about the corruption made by the previous government. There was corruption on every block of the state which also includes corruption in recruitment,” added Chowdhury.
“As per reports appeared in a local daily, the CPI-M state secretary raised an allegation that some members in the cabinet are taking 6 to 15 percent commission from the suppliers and contractors,” the ICA minister said in a press conference.
“The matter has already been discussed with the Law department,” the ICA minister informed this to the media.
ICA Minister said, “Government shall take legal action against such serious allegations of Jitendra Choudhury if he fails to probe his allegations.”
