Sushanta met Piyush Goyal, assures all kind of help to Tripura

Tripura Minister, Sushanta Chowdhury held a meeting on Tuesday with a couple of senior BJP leaders, including the Union Minister of Food, Consumer Affairs, Commerce and Industries Piyush Goyal in New Delhi.

Chowdhury in a Facebook post stated that during the meeting, the Union Minister pledged to provide all forms of aid from his office in the coming days.

Chowdhury mentioned, “I had a courtesy meeting with Piyush Goyal, the Minister of Food, Public Distribution, Consumer Affairs, Commerce, Industries, and Textiles in the Central Government, in New Delhi to extend his greetings for the Bengali New Year.”

He added that they had a detailed discussion on various topics concerning the Department of Food and Consumer Affairs in Tripura during their meeting.

Chowdhury further said, “The Minister assured all kinds of assistance from his office in the near future.”

Minister Chowdhury also met BJP Spokesperson and North East Coordinator Sambit Patra and Dr. Mahesh Sharma, MP and In-charge of Tripura Pradesh BJP in New Delhi to wish them Happy Bengali New Year.
