TMC students’ wing members allege assault by BJP workers.

The arrow of complaint is towards ABVP. They were allegedly beaten in front of the police. 

Trinamool leader Kunal Ghosh and MP Shantanu Sen arrived in Tripura to check the situation.

Today is the founding day of the Trinamool Student Council. The Trinamool Chhatra Parishad of Tripura was running its campaign in colleges on Friday, the student wing of the Trinamool was conducting a similar campaign at Maharaja Bir Bikram College in Agartala. That’s where the clash with the ABVP began. 

Kunal Ghosh, Shantanu Sen and several other Trinamool leaders reached Tripura on Friday after receiving the news. 

They staged a long protest at East Agartala police station. 

Kunal Ghosh and Santanu Sen reached Tripura on friday evening after goons attacked supporters of TMC in the MBB college campus.
