Tripura Assembly witnesses heated debate

MLA Sudip Roy Barman is a long-time member of the state assembly and highly experienced politician.

He was seen as a member of the Opposition and Treasury Bench in the Legislative Assembly. He is currently a Congress MLA and has to sit on the opposition bench.

Despite being so experienced, Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman left the limits of modesty in the state assembly on Monday.

Congress MLA Barman started attacking the State Education Minister Ratanlal Nath personally in the second phase of the Assembly session.

MLA Barman shouted loudly in the assembly, suddenly left his chair and came down.

However, he did not stop and tried to provoke Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha to say something.

Meanwhile, CM Manik Saha did not respond to any words.

Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman made personal attacks and used foul language on Education Minister Ratanlal.

The rest of the Treasury Bench members were displeased due to MLA Barman’s behaviour in the Assembly and they also became angry.
At the end Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman left the assembly.
