Tripura CM leads campaign for BJP candidates for bypoll

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha campaigned for BJP candidate Tafajjal Hussain of Boxanagar assembly constituency on Monday in view of the by-election.

First, the chief minister covered about 3.5 kilometers in the padayatra in the Maynama area of the Assembly constituency.
He exchanged views with the people of booth number 45-49 of the assembly constituency in the market shed adjacent to Sonamura Town Mosque.

Chief Minister highlighted various developmental aspects of the state and central government as well as criticized the opposition.

He appealed people of the constituency to make Tafajjal Hossain victorious by winning a large number of votes.

Former Minister Billal Mia, Chief Constable Kalyani Roy, BJP leader Subal Bhowmik, State President of Minority Morcha Shah Alam and others were present in this campaign program.

After this exchange of views, the Chief Minister met with the resident students of the Madrasa run by Sonamura Town Mosque and the Madrasa authorities.
