Tripura Day celebrated in 40 Indian International Trade Fair

Tripura Day was celebrated in 40″Indian International Trade Fair yesterday at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The programme was inaugurated by Secretary of DONER, Govemment of India Lok Ranjan. Chairman of Rubber Board, Government of IndiaDr. SabarDhananiya attended the programme as special guest. Resident Commissioner of Tripura Bhavan. Delhi Chaitanya Murti. Secretary of DONER, Govemment of India Lok Ranian admiring Tripura said, it is a beautiful state in the Northeast adorned with natural beauty and cultural heritage. Tripum this year is stepping in its golden jubilee of attaining its statehood. He urged everyone to visit Tripum and experience the natural beauty and hospitality of the people.

He said earlier Tripura was lesser known to people but a new touch of development Tripura has gainedh new recognition now, Chairman of Rubber Board, Government of India Dr. SabarDhananiya in the programme said, this day is a special day for Tripura, a state filled with natural resources and pretty much ahead in terms of rubber production.

He lauded the present state government for bringing about development in different sectors.
