Tripura gets modern silk processing unit

Union Textile minister Smriti Irani has inaugurated a newly set up silk Processing and Printing Unit through a video conference Yesterday.

The modernized Silk Processing and Printing Unit has been set up at a total cost of Rs 3.71 crore as part of the Digital India campaign initiated by Central Government.
