The Education Minister said that 4 students of the state will participate in Pariksha Pe Charcha’ programme organized at Talkotra Stadium in Delhi on January 27. The Prime Minister will directly participate in ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ programme and exchange views to remove the fear of examination among the students.
He said that online creative competition was organized for students on 8-subjects, 32,705 students of the state participated in this competition. Out of these 2 students are selected and will be sent from Education department to the main event in New Delhi. Sneha Das of South Nalchar School and Vijay Sharma, a student of Brilliant Star School of Gomati district, will represent the state on the occasion. Also National Arts Festival awardees Moumita Sarkar and Rhea Ganguly will participate in Republic Day function and ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ in Delhi.
At the press conference, the Education Minister said that the state government believes in the development of everyone. That is why 7 percent of the Muslim minorities recently got jobs through TET-1 and TET-II. Earlier, even 1 percent Muslim minority did not get jobs although 8 percent of the state’s population belongs to Muslim minorities.
The Education Minister said that the aim of this government is to develop all communities.
