TSECL withholds Salary of 24 officers

The salaries of the officers have not been deducted. Their salaries have been withheld. TSECL’s acting CMD Debashis Sarkar gave this explanation at a press conference on Friday.

He said that for the last six to seven months, the electricity bill has not reached to all of the customers.

As a result, the electricity bills that have not reached the customers are not being paid.

This issue has been discussed with TSECL several times, So this step was taken to withhold the salary. But no one’s salary was cut.
