‘Vote For BJP If You Want To Be Rescued From Triple Trouble: Amit Shah In Tripura

Union Home Minister Amit Shah campaigned for BJP candidate on Sunday in Unakoti district in the view of assembly elections to be held on February 16.

He said that Tripura is facing the “triple trouble” of the CPIM, Congress and Tipra Motha in the upcoming assembly elections.

Shah said, “If you want to be rescued from this triple trouble, vote for the double-engine government of BJP”.

He alleged that the Left has betrayed tribals for a long time in Tripura, while the party is now projecting a tribal leader as the chief ministerial face to trick people.

Home Minister Shah said the joining hands of the Left and Congress was an indication that they have already accepted defeat to the BJP in the elections.

Shah promised housing for the poor in Tripura by 2025. The CPIM and the Congress are jointly contesting the elections to the 60 assembly seats.
