Works must be done in mission mode to resolve various public issues. Every matter must be given equal importance, said Chief Minister Prof. (Dr. Manik Saha in a District-Level Review Meeting held today at the conference hall of Gomati Zilla Parishad on various development works of different departments in Gomati district.

The Chief Minister said, the government is working giving priority to education, health, agriculture and power sectors to ensure overall development of the state. He said, good connection must be built up between the administration and public representatives in order to quickly resolve public issues.

The Chief Minister advised the Secretaries and Directors of different departments in the meeting to conduct at least one District-Level Review Meeting in a month. He said, the benefits of various schemes of central and state government must be delivered to the people.

MGNREGA, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Power, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and different schemes of Water Resources, Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission, Health & Family Welfare.

Education, Agriculture, Forest, Urban Development, Horticulture & Soil Conservation, and Social Welfare & Social Education department were elaborately discussed in the meeting.

Revenue Minister Pranajit Singha Roy. Sabhadhipati in- charge of Gomati Zilla Parishad Debal Debroy, MLA Rampada Jamatin, MLA Abhishek Debroy, MLA Jitendra Majumder, MLA Ranjit Das along with Principal Secretary, Secretary and Directors of different departments were present in the meeting. Gomati District Magistrate Govekar Mayur Ratilal presented a documentary on achievements of the district through a power point presentation.
