Agartala, 3 June :India reports 1,34,154 new COVID19 cases, 2,11,499 discharges, and 2,887 deaths in last 24 hours, as per Health Ministry
According to the latest Union Health Ministry data released at 9 AM, there were a total of 2,11,499 discharges and 2,887 deaths in the past 24 hours.
The COVID-19 fatalities recorded in the last 24 hours dipped to a nearly 35-day low with 2,887 more people succumbing to the disease. With this, the death toll in the country has reached 3,37,989.
With 25,317 cases reported in the past 24 hours, Tamil Nadu is leading the state list. It is followed by Karnataka with 19,661 new infections. Maharashtra reported 15,169 cases. Kerala 19,760, and Andhra Pradesh 12,768 cases. The case count was 8,923 for West Bengal.
571 more test positive in Tripura on Tuesday.
According to the daily Media Bulletin Out of 11,122 samples tested for COVID-19, 571 people found POSITIVE.
458 patients have recovered from Covid 19 on Tuesday.
