34,606 children tested Covid positive during second wave of pandemic in Assam

34,606 persons within age group of 0-18 years were found infected with COVID-19 in Assam between April 1 & June 26, 2021.

Further analysis showed that a total of 5755 cases belonged to less than 5 years & 28851 cases to 6-18 years age groups National Health Mission, Assam informed.
