56 individuals of 14 families joined BJP in 6-Agartala on Sunday.

178 individuals of 29 families joined BJP in 6-Agartala on Sunday.

They joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of CM Dr Manik Saha and Assam’s CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb.

These individuals were highly influenced by the campaigns of Dr Ashok Sinha, which encouraged them to join the BJP.

It can be observed that people are leaving opposition parties regularly in the Agartala constituency.

The scenario implies that BJP is getting stronger in the constituency due to active interaction and campaigns of Ashok Sinha and other leaders.
