Arvind Kejriwal’s Minister Arrested By Enforcement Directorate

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in an alleged money laundering case.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had filed a case against Mr Jain and his family in August 2017 for alleged money laundering up to Rs 1.62 crore.

The alleged hawala transactions, which has led to the minister’s arrest were “related to a Kolkata-based company”.
