Bangladesh Owes Tripura Rs 200 Crore In Unpaid Electricity Bills

Bangladesh owes Rs 200 crore in unpaid electricity bills. This was shared by the Tripura government which also revealed that the outstanding amount against Bangladesh increased by Rs 135 crore in recent months.

Bangladesh owes Rs 200 crore to Tripura in power dues.

Tripura has asked Bangladesh to clear Rs 200 crore in electricity dues amid growing “anti-India activities” in the country.

The Tripura state government  has demanded urgent payment of the electricity bill amounting to Rs 200 crore  from Bangladesh.
