Former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb will file his nomination papers for the by-polls to the state’s lone Rajya Sabha seat today.
All the senior party leaders including Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, BJP state President Rajib Bhattacharjee and other senior party functionaries will accompany Deb during his nomination filing process.
Former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Saturday was welcomed with immense zeal and applauses as he reached the capital.
