CM visits Tripura Medical College to check on the health of former Health Minister

Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Sahu visited Tripura Medical College to check on the health of former Health Minister and MLA Badal Choudhury.

The Chief Minister enquired about former Health Minister’s current health condition who is currently admitted in ICU unit of the hospital. He spoke with the doctors about the former Minister’s health and directed them to do the needful for improvement of his health. Later, while speaking to the media, the Chief Minister said, I came to visit as soon as it came to my knowledge about the health condition of the former Health Minister. I am speaking with the doctors and I have been informed that there is nothing to fear. He hoped for former Health Minister’s speedy recovery.

Later, the Chief Minister visited Dental Surgery section and office of the Medical Superintendent of Tripura Medical College and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Teaching Hospital.

The Chief Minister discussed with Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Jayanta Kumar Poddar on how the quality of healthcare services of the hospital may be further increased.
