In the 9-Banamalipur Mandal Yuva Morcha’s Yuva Sammelan Former Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb severely criticised opposition Congress and CPIM at Dhaleswar, Agartala on Saturday.

While addressing the meeting, Biplab Deb said that communists CPIM and Congress are in ICU and ventilation in Tripura. He also added that Congress is the B team of Communists.
Deb mocked the Left Front and said a party that was in power for such a long time and day-dreamed of staying in power for 100 years, is currently trying to win the polls with the help of other parties.

He added that although their political future is uncertain, they are making dreamy claims of making the state prosperous. Deb alleged that communists only supported their families with subscriptions and commissions collected in the name of hardworking labourers.

He also said that communists ignored Tripura’s for the sake of their own political interests.
Deb also mocked Congress and said that where Rahul Gandhi started his Bharat Jodo programme, leaders of the State are quitting the party and joining the BJP.

After hard-hitting CPIM and Congress, Biplab Deb highlighted the welfare and development strategies of the BJP-led government and claimed that Tripura’s prosperous future could be built under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
