The District Magistrate and Collector of Khowai district Rajat Panth visited various Gram Panchayats under Teliamura RD Block yesterday. During the visit, the DM & Collector, along with BDO of Teliamura RD Block, Biplab Acharjee and other officials of the block administration were present.

The District Magistrate and Collector visited different areas of Vivekananda Nagar Gram Panchayat and Sardu Karkari Gram Panchayat in Teliamura RD block. The district magistrate inspected various aspects of development projects and infrastructure development, including the implementation of the MGNREGA work in those gram panchayat areas.

During his visit, the DM & Collector discussed various issues of infrastructure development with the people of the Gram Panchayat area. During the visit, the DM & Collector visited various houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, inspected various government works.

He expressed his satisfaction over the progress of the work and emphasized the need for the officials to take more responsibilities in the coming days and to implement the government projects on due time.
