Drug disposal authority destroys huge quantity of drug items worth Rs. 8 crore

The drug disposal authority of Tripura has destroyed large quantity of drugs items.

The drug disposal drive was carried out at Budhjungnagar from 10:00 am to 8 pm yesterday.

The seized items contains 1.5 kg Heroin, 7025 Kg Ganja, three lakh Yaba tablets and 35000 bottles of banned cough syrup.

The drug disposal drive was carried out in presence of several police officials and media persons.

Total Value of Rs 8 crore is being destroyed yesterday by Tripura Police.
