Various media houses have conducted exit polls for 2023 assembly elections held in the states of Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland.
Most numbers show a comfortable majority win for the BJP+ in Nagaland and Tripura as well as has a closer fight in Meghalaya.
According to the India Today- Axis My India exit poll, the BJP will win 36-45 seats in the 60 seated Tripura Assembly.
India Today projected that TIPRA Motha party may win 9-16 seats and Left-Congress alliance might win 6-11 seats.
The exit poll predicted that the BJP and NDPP together will get 38-48 seats in Meghalaya out of 60 seats while Congress is expected to do poor results also in Meghalaya.
Further, the India Today exit polls also predicts that the NDPP+ alliance will win 38-48 seats among 60 seats in Nagaland.
The Zee News -Matrize exit poll shows a more multi-cornered fight in Meghalaya and a narrower majority for the BJP+ in Tripura and Nagaland.
Times Now – ETG exit poll also predicted a quite similar result in Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya like Zee News exit poll.
Votes will be counted on March 2.
Further, the Headlines Tripura Jan Ki Baat exit polls also predicts that the BJP+ alliance will win 29-40 seats among 60 seats in Tripura.
