India reports 132,788 new Covid-19 cases, 3,207 deaths

Agartala, 2 June : India reports 1,32,788 new COVID19 cases, 2,31,456 discharges & 3,207 deaths in last 24 hrs, as per Health Ministry

With 3,207 new fatalities, the death toll is now at 335,102, according to MoHFW. India continues to be the second worst-hit nation.

Test positivity rate has dropped to 6.57 per cent.With 26,513 cases reported in the past 24 hours, Tamil Nadu is leading the state list. It is followed by Karnataka with 14,304 new infections. Maharashtra reported 14,123 cases.

Kerala 19,760, and Andhra Pradesh 12,400 cases. The case count was 10,137 for West Bengal.

841 more test positive in Tripura on Tuesday.

According to the daily Media Bulletin Out of 16,918 samples tested for COVID-19, 841 people found POSITIVE.

864 patients have recovered from Covid 19 on Tuesday.
