Madhabbari incident : probe report to be tabled soon in assembly

Chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb gave a clear indication in the state assembly that the magisterial probe report ordered by the state government into the incident of police firing at Madhabbari under Jirania subdivision on January 8 this year will be tabled in the current session of state assembly.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said that the DM (West) has conducted a thorough probe into the incident on January 8 when six people sustained injuries in police firing at Madhabbari and its background and the home department is now examining the contents of the report .
