Cricketer Mayank Agarwal was urgently hospitalized in Agartala today due to health complications during a flight to Surat.

As the captain of the Karnataka Ranji Trophy team, Agarwal is currently admitted to the ICU at ILS hospital.

Sources indicate that he experienced a burning sensation in his mouth and throat, leading to his prompt hospitalization.

Reports suggest that the health issue may be related to consuming a liquid from a bottle, the contents of which are now under investigation.
Agarwal is presently being closely monitored by doctors in the ICU.

In addition to Agarwal, the Karnataka team manager Ramesh has also disembarked from the flight.
