Union Minister of State for Power & Heavy Industries Krishan Pal Gurjar joined a review meeting on implementation of different schemes of central and state government at the conference hall of Sepahijala DM & Collector’s office yesterday. Progress in implementing schemes such as PM Poshan, Mission Vidyajyoti, PM-KISAN, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Deendayal Upadhyay Gramin Jyoti Yojana, progress of power services under Saubhagya scheme, Ayushman Bharat were elaborately discussed in the meeting.
The Union Minister of State said, the central government is assisting the state government in implementing different schemes. The benefits of these schemes much be delivered to the people within time.
Sepahijala DM & Collector Ravel Hemendra Kumar informed, 5 thousand 522 Self-Help Groups have been formed in the district to make the rural people self-reliant, 2 lakh 19 thousand 60 persons have become self-independent.
Officials of different departments elaborately discussed implementation of different schemes. Sabhadhipati of Sepahijala Zilla Parishad Supriya Das Datta, Additional DM and officials of different departments were present in the meeting. The Union Minister of State had interacted with the members of different SHGs of the district.
