The corona night curfew will remain effective across Tripura from May 19 till May 26, between 6 pm to 5 am.
“We appeal to all people of the state to maintain strict COVID-19 protocol and also request everyone to go for tests and take vaccines. We need to follow three steps to save ourselves awareness, testing, and vaccination” Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath said.
The Tripura government has also decided to suspend inter-district movement from May 20 to May 26, with exception for those engaged in essential and emergency services.
The night curfew will remain effective from 6 PM to 5 AM every day.
Education minister Nath told reporters that if the situation worsens, the Tripura government would take a tough decision.
