The Delhi High Court refuses to interfere with the judicial custody of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) co-conveners Saurav Das & Ashutosh Ranka, asking them to await the outcome of a hearing before the Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) and approach the appellate court if their grievances persist.

The court permits them to withdraw their plea, clarifying that it had not commented on the merits of the case.
