The state-wide Hojagiri festival was held on Monday at the Gandachhara 12th standard school ground with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm.
The historic 31st state-wide Hojagiri festival was inaugurated by Minister of Tribal Welfare Department Bikash Debbarma.
Inaugurating the festival, he said, “The state government is implementing various projects for the welfare of the people. Peace and harmony must be maintained for the development of the state. Such festivals make our bond stronger.”
Tribal Welfare Minister urged everyone to take advantage of the various schemes of the state and central government for the welfare of the tribals.
He expressed the hope that through the Hojagiri festival, the message of unity and solidarity of the people of all castes would spread throughout the state.
The special guest of the program, Minister of Cooperatives Department Shukla Charan Noatia, said that the overall welfare of the society is possible only through the progress of education.
He highlighted the implementation of various projects of the state government for the development of the people of the state.
The chief guest of the program, MP Rebati Mohan Tripura highlighted the implementation of various schemes of the central and state governments for the welfare of the state of Tripura, especially for the indigenous people.
