Agartala, March 19: The Tipra Motha Party is likely to enter into an alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the upcoming Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) elections, as high-level discussions between the two sides continue.

Party founder Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma is currently engaged in crucial talks with the BJP’s central leadership, signaling a strong possibility of a pre-poll understanding between the two parties.

If formalized, the alliance could significantly impact the political dynamics of the TTAADC elections.
