Tripura CM Manik Saha Pays Tribute to Dr BR Ambedkar on death anniversary

A Pada Yatra (rally) was organised in Agartala on Tuesday on the occasion of 67th death anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

The Bharatiya Janata Party’s Tripura Pradesh Tapshili Jati Morcha organised the Pada Yatra.
Before the beginning of the Pada Yatra, Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, Mayor of the Agartala Municipal Corporation Dipak Majumdar and others garlanded Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s portrait in front of BJP party office.

The rally travelled different routes of Agartala city. It is to be noted that Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was the head of the drafting committee that prepared the Constitution of India. He also served as the first Law and Justice minister of India.
