The five-day teachers’ training program on ‘Early Childhood Care Education’ was officially launched on Tuesday.

The program was organized at the SCERT office at Kunjaban in Agartala. Pre-Primary Cell, Directorate of Elementary Education sponsored the training program, which will continue till 24th July.

According to the new policy of the central government, pre-primary education will be started in all schools of the state.

Notably, pre-primary education has started in many schools this year. Sufficient teachers are also needed for implementing the pre-primary education.

However, as there are not enough teachers to the new policy of the central government, this training program has been organized to educate teachers on how to manage the students in an orderly manner even with fewer teachers.
