“The government has taken multifaceted schemes for the overall development of Tripura.

Priority has been given to the development of infrastructure and improving the standard of living of the people. The government aims to build Ek Tripura Unnoto Tripura (One Tripura Developed Tripura).”

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Ratanlal Nath said this in a discussion meeting on the development program of the government in Mohanpur market on Friday.

He said, “The central government has taken the initiative to build a new India. Therefore, the state government has also taken the initiative to build One Tripura Developed Tripura.”

Minister Nath added, “The development programs and infrastructure development are now being implemented in all the districts, sub-divisions and blocks of the state. The construction of a two-storey market stall has already been completed in Mohanpur.”

He further said, “Construction of an upscale town hall is underway in Mohanpur. Buildings of various schools are being constructed in Mohanpur subdivision. 3 gyms have been constructed. 5 more new gyms will be constructed.”

Minister Nath added, “The construction of the synthetic football field in Mohanpur’s Tula Bagan has already been completed. 5 crore has been spent for this. The construction of a public library in Mohanpur is nearing completion.”
