As part of G20 events, an essay competition was organised in West Tripura district today where 43 cadets from Junior Division and Senior Division of 11 institutions from both school and college level took part. The event was conducted online today in and was very much motivating for the cadets.
The battalion aimed at motivating the cadets about the importance of India’s G20 Presidency through these competitions. The essay writing competition was part of the four week long competition regarding spreading awareness amongst cadets regarding India’s G20 Presidency.
The winner cadets will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize and felicitated by the Battalion in a programme to be organised centrally in the last week of this month. The Battalion has planned to organise the competition in each district and to be coordinated by nominated NCC ANO’s of each district.
Today’s competition was coordinated by Lt. Samir Kumar Diabagh, ANO, BBM College under the direct supervision of Col M.A. Rajmannar, Commanding Officer, 13 Tripura BN NCC, Agartala.
The said competition was organised yesterday in Unakoti district under able leadership of Capt. K.D. Sinha, ANO, RKM, Kailasahar. The essay competition will be followed by drawing competition and slogan writing competition respectively in upcoming weeks of this month.
