On the occasion of the 73rd birthday celebration of one of the world’s political figures, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, the Namo Vikas Utsav was held today at the Public Works Department Ground at Kumarghat in Unakoti district.

On this occasion, various activities started from this morning. Samvet Yoga Exhibition, Karnamaya Showa Yatra, Cleanliness Program under Swachh Bharat Program were held.

Besides, a voluntary blood donation camp was held. Moreover, anti-drug discussion meeting and anti-drug drama.

The entire program was led by the current MLA of the Pabiachara and former Labour Minister Bhagwan Chandra Das. There were a large number of women and men gathered at the ceremony.

Biplab Kumar Deb, Rajya Sabha MP formally inaugurated by the program.

Biplab Kumar Deb said that without Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bharat has no future. Addressing a large gathering on the occasion of PM Modi’s birthday at Kumarghat Deb said, “The country is moving forward under the leadership of Modi. Narendra Modi has never taken a vacation since becoming the Prime Minister. He is serving the country day and night. He commented that during the rule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi India’s status has increased many times in the world.
