CM attends observance of 125 year of Ramakrishna mission at Viveknagar

On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of Ramakrishna Mission, an event was organised.
While addressing the function at Ramakrishna Mission School in Viveknagar on Sunday as the chief guest, Chief Minister Dr.Manik Saha said, “Service to man is service to God. Pursuing this ideal, Ramakrishna Mission is engaged in various service activities all over the world. Along with human service, Ramakrishna Mission continues to work on spiritual thinking.”

Chief Minister Saha further said, “The Ramakrishna Mission has been carrying out its activities smoothly for 125 years. It is not an easy matter. This is possible only with the blessings of Ramakrishna Paramahansadev and Mata Sarada Devi.”

The Chief Minister added, “We have to move forward following Swami Vivekananda’s ideals and the Ramakrishna Mission established by him to make a healthy society and youth as patriotic citizens. Swami Vivekananda’s ideology is relevant to us even today.”
He said, “Following the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, Prime Minister Narendra Modi continues his efforts to make India a world guru. The Prime Minister’s patriotic thoughts inspire us at work.”

The Chief Minister further said, “Ramakrishna Mission School is a proud educational institution of our state.
