Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb addressed a huge gathering in Swami Vivekananda ground on the occasion of BJP’s national president Amit Shah’s visit to the state.

Biplab Kumar Deb today urged the people of Tripura to continue their support to the BJP and ensure a massive mandate in favour of the party’s two candidates in the upcoming loksabha elections in Tripura.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb declared his resolve to make Tripura a model state within next three years.

“Altogether 820 MSME units have been registered since our government came to power and many educated youths have got jobs of teachers through Teachers Eligibility Test (TET), even the former CPI (M) MLA Jhumu Sarkar has got a job after clearing TET” said Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb.

Claiming a major improvement in the law and order situation in the state Biplab said that during the previous government’s rule the rate of conviction was only 20% but now this has already reached 82.26%.

He said that earlier people in Tripura never thought that there could alternative livelihoods except through government jobs but now this has become the reality.

Biplab Kumar Deb also appealed to the Prishtha Pramukhto at Astabal Maidan ensure that the party make a clean sweep of both the seats in the upcoming loksabha elections in the state.
