BJP All India President JP Nadda formed a committee under the leadership of former Chief Minister of Tripura and MP Biplab Kumar Deb to investigate the post-poll violence in West Bengal.
The 4-member committee includes MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, MP Bijlal, MP Kavita Patidar. They are said to be visiting West Bengal soon. Will visit different areas affected by terrorism. Talk to the victims.
They will also hold a meeting with the state leadership of the BJP. . Will go back and report to the party’s all-India leadership. A special source said that the party will take all decisions regarding West Bengal only after that. MP Biplab Deb has been made the convener of this committee.
It may be mentioned that Biplab Kumar Deb won by more than 6 lakh votes this time. Sridev became the Chief Minister after ousting the CPIM in Tripura.
