As part of routine field inspections, the DM & Collector, West Tripura, today visited Hezamara LPG (Gas) Agency to review the availability and distribution of LPG cylinders, consumer services, and safety measures.
During the visit, stock position, delivery mechanisms, grievance redressal system, and implementation of government schemes were assessed. Emphasis was laid on ensuring timely supply, transparent service delivery, and strict adherence to safety norms.
The officials were instructed to maintain adequate stock, strengthen delivery in rural areas, and ensure that consumers receive uninterrupted and hassle-free LPG services.
The District Administration remains committed to ensuring efficient public service delivery and addressing issues at the grassroots level.
