Bye Election to 56 Dharmanagar Assembly Constituency has been declared by the Election Commission of India. Poll date is 9th April.

The Model Code of Conduct is in force from now on

The Election Commission of India has announced the schedule for the upcoming by-election in Dharmanagar of Tripura along with the assembly elections in several states across the country.


According to the schedule, voting for the Dharmanagar by-election in Tripura will be held on April 9, while the counting of votes will take place on May 4.


Meanwhile, the West Bengal Legislative Assembly election will be conducted in two phases. The first phase of polling will be held on April 23, while the second phase will take place on April 29. The counting of votes for both phases will be conducted on May 4.


In Assam, polling for the Legislative Assembly election will be held on April 9, with the counting of votes scheduled for May 4.
Similarly, voters in Kerala will cast their votes on April 9, and the counting of votes will also be held on May 4.

For the Puducherry Legislative Assembly election, polling will take place on April 9, while the counting of votes will be conducted on May 4.


Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly election will be held on April 23, with the counting of votes scheduled for May 4.
The announcement of the election schedule has set the stage for political parties to intensify their campaign activities across the states and union territory.
