Car TR-03 3731 DRAGS Dog Behind it in Tripura; Accused Arrested

A dog was dragged by a Max vehicle (No TR -03 3731) at the Sabroom-Agartala NH. 

Regarding the incident of dragging of a Puppy by a motor vehicle, it is to inform every citizen that the accused has been arrested & the vehicle has been seized owing to prompt action by South Tripura District Police and further legal action is being taken as per law.

Police arrested the accused in connection with the brutal act of dragging a puppy by a vehicle.

The vehicle has also been seized and the police are taking further legal action.
