CM Dr. Manik Saha interacts with students of Tamilnadu

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha attended an exchange meeting with the students of various colleges of Tamil Nadu including Madras IIT in Conference Hall at the Secretariat on Wednesday.

He said, “Students need to have the mentality to work for the interest of the country. Moreover, students should be polite and stand by the people of society. This mindset should be developed from student life, which will help them to succeed in life”.

The students studying in various colleges of Tamil Nadu, the Dean of Tripura NIT Dr. RS Panua, Professor Dr. RN Rai, professors of IIT Madras, and NIT Agartala Director Prof. Harish Kumar Sharma along with professors were present during the interaction of the CM with the students.

CM Dr. Manik Saha further said that students are the main machinery of nation building.
He added, “Today’s students will take the country to the peak of development. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that the world will be governed by knowledge in the future. Students must have the mindset to acquire that knowledge. These students are the main driving force of the country”.

The Chief Minister exhorted the students to move ahead with a fixed goal.
During the exchange, the students discussed their state’s own culture, Tripura’s rich culture, tourism system, Tripureshwari temple, folk culture, diversity in India before the Chief Minister.
