Former Chief Minister and CPIM leader Manik Sarkar has written a letter to the Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Wednesday.

He asked CM Dr Saha to take effective measures regarding the recent shocking incident that happened for the first time in the Tripura Police’s history.

On the night of 15th August, the shocking incident reportedly took place in Tripura Police Headquarters when miscreants stolen some bundles of files.

The opposition leader Manik Sarkar wrote a letter to the incumbent CM Dr Manik Saha regarding this matter.

Sarkar wrote “There is no reason to consider it as a simple theft. There are enough reasons to believe that the interests of some government officials or the administration are behind the removal of these files.”
