A rally was held in Tripura to protest against the violent attacks on minorities in Bangladesh. Organized by the Forum for the Protection of Minorities in Bangladesh, the protest aimed to raise awareness of the inhumane atrocities currently being committed against Hindus, Chakmas, and other indigenous communities in Bangladesh.

The rally commenced from the Agartala Press Club and proceeded through various parts of the capital city.

It drew participation from prominent journalists, members of the Press Club, civic leaders, and concerned citizens, alongside members of the Minority Forum.

Prominent figures from the media and the arts community were present at the rally, including Pranab Sarkar, Chief Editor of Headlines Tripura National, Sanjay Pal, Chairman of Dainik Sambad, Subal Kumar Dey, Chief Editor of Syandan Patrika, Sanjeeb Deb, Editor of Northeast Colors, Jayanta Bhattacharya, President of Agartala Press Club, Sourajit Pal, Secretary of tripura Electronic Media Society and Ranjit Debbarma, Secretary of Khumulwng Press Club.
