He also inaugurated the new building of executive engineer Rural Development at satchand block so that the people can avail better services.

Deputy Chief Minister inaugurated the two-day South Tripura District-based Science, Mathematics and Environmental Exhibition Fair. Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Devvarma. In his inaugural address at the fair ground, Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Devbarma said, “Everyone should take initiative to create a science-minded student society by increasing the practice of science along with education.” Quoting former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he said that if you want to see the future of India, you have to go to school. Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Devvarma called upon the students to use that knowledge.
