Suvendu Adhikari, the opposition leader of West Bengal addressed an election rally in Sepahijala district on Friday.
He claimed that with the BJP at the Centre and state, people of Tripura have benefitted more in the past five years than they did before.
He highlighted that people have received the benefits of several central schemes such as PM Fasal Bima Yojana, and Ayushman Bharat.
Mentioning the names of Jiten Choudhury of the CPI-M and Birajit Sinha and Sudip Roy Barman of the Congress, Adhikari added that they could not bring such benefits.
He further said that if the double engine BJP government ceases to exist, people may no longer enjoy the benefits of upcoming airport and waterway projects.
Slamming the CPIM and Congress, the BJP leader said that these parties clearly have no vision or mission.
