During the 94th episode of the Mann Ki Baat program on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Sensitivity towards the environment is embedded in every particle of our society and we can feel it all around us”.

The Prime Minister mentioned the name of Bio Village of Tripura in the program.
He said that some bio villages of Tripura have ascended to the level of Bio-Village 2.

PM Modi added that the villages gave complete focus on biogas, solar energy, biofertilizers and beekeeping.

He claimed that such villages would strengthen the campaign against climate change and other natural disasters.

He added that people become highly conscious about eco-friendly products and eco-friendly living compared to previous days.

He said that there are many people in the country who spend a lifetime in protecting the environment.

The Prime Minister said that he is very happy to observe the increasing enthusiasm for environmental protection in different parts of India.
