Tensions flared in New Delhi on Monday as the INDIA bloc staged a ‘vote chori’ protest against the Election Commission of India.

The demonstration, marked by sloganeering, detentions, and a sit-in, took a dramatic turn when Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra fainted. Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi rushed to assist her in regaining consciousness.

Earlier, the protest march led by Rahul Gandhi was intercepted by police, resulting in his detention alongside Priyanka Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav, and several other opposition MPs.
