Rose Valley Property use : HC gives 3 week to govt to decide

Two petitions related to Rose Valley will come up fir hearing before a Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Arindam Lodh on March 20 next.

The petitions were filed by Agartala Municipal Corporation and State Govt against Rose Valley separately.

During hearing the court asked the state govt to decide on the attachment of properties of Rosevalley and make use of it.

The same will he reported to the Court within three week.

“No revenue has been recieved from Rosevalley from almost a decade. As per direction of the court state govt will take decision on Rose valley and bring it to notice of the Court with in three weeks” Tapas Datta Majumder said
