Sabroom: Minister Sushanta Chowdhury distributes cycles to students

Bicycles have been distributed to female students of 22 different schools in Sabroom sub- division under Samagra Siksha Abhiyan today. Information & Cultural Affairs Minister Sushanta Choudhury had handed over the bicycles to the students in a programme today at Sabroom Higher Secondary School.

Total 853 female students of 22 different schools of Rupaichari block, Subroom Nagar Panchayat and Poangbari block were given bicycles in the programme. MLA Sankar Roy and Chairperson of Sabroom Nagar Panchayat Rama Poddar Dey were also present in the inaugural programme.
